Form A Business – Corporation or LLC (NY State Shipping Address)

To ensure proper tax and shipping charges are added to orders with a shipping address in NY State, Corporation or LLC Formations require that you follow these steps:

1.  After reading these instructions (you can print them off too if you'd like), click the Order Now button below for the type of entity you want to have formed.

2.  When you get to the Order Page, add the Form A Business service to your shopping cart.

3.  Scroll down the page and add the Corporate Kit item to your shopping cart.  This along with the Form A Business service together make up the Deluxe Entity Formation Package with the special package price shown on our site.  Both items must be ordered together to get this special package price.  They are shown as separate items only to make sure that you are only charged tax and shipping & handling charges on the physical products you are sent.  Tax on the shipping charges is also added to be in compliance with NY STATE laws.

4.  For LLCs being formed in NY State – you are required in NY to have Publication regarding the entity done within 120 days of formation or NY state WILL VOID THE ENTITY. At the bottom of the list of services and products on the Order Page will be an optional service where we will take care of the Publication for you so that you don't run the risk of having your entity voided by the State.  If you want us to perform this service for you, choose the county in which the publication will need to appear and add this service to your cart.

5.  Add any additional services you wish such as Rush Service, Registered Agent Service and/or Obtain Tax ID/EIN Number.

6.  In the right column you will see a Shopping Cart box.  When you have added everything you wish to purchase, just click on the Go to Checkout link.
