A name reservation is NOT REQUIRED, but depending on your particular needs and time frame, it may be prudent to claim the name until the filing is submitted to the State or States. Simply complete our short order form, indicating your specific preferences. Diversified Corporate Services’ experienced corporate specialists will review your information for correctness and completeness and contact you when necessary. We then prepare your document and submit the Reservation for filing with the Secretary of State for the State requested. In as fast as one (1) business day, Diversified Corporate Services will have your entity name reserved with the specific State indicated on your order. The option of Same-Day service, in any jurisdiction, is also available for an additional fee.
