Diversified Corporate Services files conversions in all 50 States and the District of Columbia daily. In many states, it is possible to convert from one (1) business type to another while keeping the same Federal Tax ID number. Simply complete our short-order form, indicating your specific preferences. Diversified Corporate Services’ experienced corporate specialists will review your information for consistency and completeness. We will then prepare your conversion documents and submit the Certificate of Conversion for filing with the Secretary of State. In as fast as one (1) business day, Diversified Corporate Services will have your entity recorded with the specific State indicated on your order. The option of Same-Day service, in any jurisdiction, is also available for an additional fee.

Once the Certificate has been filed in that specific state and returned, Diversified Corporate Services will ship the completed legal documents to you together with a customized Deluxe leatherette corporate kit or LLC kit that contains Federal and State forms, a chrome-plated seal, minutes, and by-laws, or operating agreement and fifteen (15) personalized stock or membership certificates.
